Flash News
There are good things about having had a hysterectomy - no cramps, no tampons, no monthly bloating. But after 20 years you'd think the hot flashes would have stopped. Always - every morning when I'm getting dressed I battle the flash that causes my neck to sweat, pools of damp to form under my eyes, and hair that responds with a prompt droop. Then every night - I doze off only to be awoken 5 minutes later by a wave of internal heat that lasts about 4 minutes. Just enough to disturb that AHHH feeling when you doze off.
